Aimee Olexy makes her home in Chester County and owns the critically-acclaimed Talula’s Table. However, she is also one of the most recognized personalities in the Philadelphia dining scene as the owner of Talula’s Garden, Talula’s Daily, and The Love, all equally known for their hospitable charm and locally inspired menus. “There is no more quintessential shared experience than picnicking in nature,” said Aimee. “No clocks. No phones. No reservations. Just picnic partners, a piece of grass, and delicious food. The art of sharing is just Picnic Perfect. The recipe for a good picnic starts with local shopping and seasonal eating! This is a delightful vegetarian picnic dish I make. It gets better even as it sits or after a long walk to your picnic destination.”
Aimee offered the below recipe for her delicious Artichoke Panzanella.
